How We Design Your Experience

You complete a short inquiry form below. It asks about your travel dates, your group, your rhythm, your hard passes. The more specific you are, the better the result.
 

​Once I have reviewed your request and confirmed I can deliver something exceptional for your dates, I will send a payment link for the Travel Design Fee based on your trip duration.

Within three working days of payment, you receive a High-Level Roadmap — the rhythm and flow of your journey, day by day, with the overall balance of pace and experience.

This is your moment to push back, add, or redirect. Want to add a private vineyard visit or a cooking session at a family farm? I will adjust. Once the draft is approved, the final detailed itinerary follows within two working days.

  • Cultural Context — the history and meaning behind every stop, because knowing why a place matters changes how it tastes.

  • Complete Logistics — direct links, verified opening hours, and booking steps for every venue on your route.

  • The Hedonist Shortlist — my personal recommendations for boutique stays, the best breakfast bakeries, lunch and dinner tables, and the most quietly beautiful picnic spots in the region.

  • A Personalised Google Map — a custom interactive map for your phone, built around your exact itinerary.

Personalized Travel Plan

€99/day ​

minimum 3 days

​You receive a complete, day-by-day plan built entirely around your group, your dates, and your palate. Every hour is considered. Every recommendation is mine, not a database's.

  • Seasonal Highlights - relevant events and local happenings timed to your stay.

  • Driving Routes & Parking - precise logistics so the road never becomes the obstacle.

  • Cultural Context - local nuances and social cues so you move through the region like someone who belongs there.

  • One round of itinerary refinement and dedicated email support throughout the planning process.

Travel Concierge Service

€249/day ​

minimum 3 days

Everything in the Personalised Travel Plan, plus full management of all reservations and bookings - so you arrive with nothing left to organise.

 

Additionally Includes:

  • All restaurant reservations and winery appointments secured on your behalf.

  • Driver coordination for those who prefer not to be behind the wheel.

  • Two rounds of itinerary revisions.

  • Pre-departure check - I confirm all bookings in the week before you travel.

  • WhatsApp support throughout your trip.

A note on how this works: I operate independently, not as a travel agency. All bookings and payments go directly between you and the service providers — no intermediaries, no markups. You stay in full control of your own spending.

For journeys longer than seven days, I am happy to discuss a custom rate — write to me directly.

If you begin with the Personalised Travel Plan and decide later that you would like me to handle all reservations, the Concierge Service can be added once your itinerary is in shape. Or you can request the full service from the start - either way works.
