Pricing & Custom Curation Process

To provide the level of detail and expertise your trip deserves, I charge a Travel Design & Curation Fee of €99 per day (with a 3-day minimum). For extended tours lasting more than 7 days, I am happy to provide a custom quote. 
 

This fee covers the professional planning phase, allowing me to deep-dive into your personal travel style to create a one-of-a-kind itinerary. At the end of our collaboration, you will receive a comprehensive, day-by-day roadmap. All that’s left for you to do is follow the plan and enjoy a stress-free vacation without another minute of research.
 

Looking for a hands-off experience? If you prefer to delegate all bookings and reservations, the Hedonist.Tourist Concierge Service is available to manage every logistical detail. We can discuss this once your custom plan is finalized.

How We Design Your Experience

  1. The Discovery Phase: Start by completing my Travel Inquiry Form. This helps me understand your vision - what excites you, your preferred travel pace, and any "must-avoids."

  2. Confirmation & Secure Payment: Once I review your request and confirm I can deliver an exceptional, curated experience, I will send a payment request for the Travel Design Fee based on your trip duration.

  3. The Draft Itinerary (3 Business Days): Within three working days of payment, you’ll receive a High-Level Roadmap. This outlines the "rhythm and flow" of your journey, ensuring we have the perfect balance of exploration and relaxation.

  4. Refinement & Final Delivery: This is your time for feedback. Whether you want to add a private vineyard session or a professional photoshoot, I’ll adjust the plan to perfection. Once the draft is approved, you will receive your Final Detailed Itinerary within two business days.
